Helping Resources:

Helping resources for friends and family members of students struggling with an

eating disorder are available through the University Counseling and Testing Center by

phone or personal appointment. Assistance includes how to approach someone about

an eating disorder to help them initiate a process of recovery, as well as information

on the dynamics of eating disorders and guidelines for taking care of yourself when

someone's eating disorder affects your life. Counseling Center services are provided

at no charge on a time-available basis.



Information & Lending Library:

Literature on eating disorders is available through the Office of Health Promotion and

Education in the Sindecuse Health Center. Materials can be made available through

mail or personal appointment.
